On the menu – more lentil bolognese

I’m in a lentil mood at the moment, as well as remaking Minimalist Baker’s vegan ‘pulled pork’ (first made here), I’ve tried another lentil bolognese recipe, this one with red pepper. I changed the recipe slightly, as I was cooking my lentils from scratch, I just added a bit more water to the sauce and cooked the lentils there, according to the times on my lentil packet. Anyway, it was nice, possibly nicer than the other lentil bolognese I made the other day.
