On the menu – chicken lettuce cups

Friday This is a slightly adapted version of the Hoisin Chicken Lettuce Cups from Jamie Oliver’s Five Ingredients, I used barbecue sauce instead of hoisin, as hoisin contains soy, anyway, it was quite nice, although it would have been even nicer if the salad, chicken, mango and barbecue sauce had been in a (bread) wrap.
